Q: How to place order?
A: 1. Selecting a product
Simply click on the relevant category for full list of products or using our search engine to find out your desired products.
When you decide to buy a product, simply click the "add to cart" button located on each product page to place the displayed product in your shopping cart.

If you want to change the quantity simply hit + or - button

Then just click "Check Out" button on the right bottom of your screen to proceed to the payment.

2. Check Out
You can now view the total amount with the shipping costs added.
then fill in your personal data, delivery method, your shipping address information and payment method.

Then the system will guide you to the payment window and after the payment succeed. Please wait while we processing your order.


Q: How to make payment?
A: Payments can be made via Credit card, Bank Transfer and PayPal.
If you wish to do payment with PayPal please do contact us at automodels@cbn.net.id


Q: When will my purchase be shipped?
A: We will only process delivery after transaction is completed.
Confirmed transactions will be delivered as soon as possible.


Q: What much is the shipping cost?
A: The system will automatically calculate for you.
For delivery in Indonesia, we use JNE/TIKI delivery courier, for other area please contact us.
